CM / WHAT WE BUILDFROM THE FIRST QUESTION TO THE HANDOVER.

What we can build together

Your work. Better connected.

The website your customers use. The documents your team processes. The tools that keep them connected. We build the useful parts—and make them work together.

01 / The capabilities

Different problems.
One connected approach.

A customer portal and an invoice parser solve different problems. The common thread is understanding the work, defining the scope, and building something people can use.

Clear websites · Self-service portals · Dashboards

Websites & customer portals

Give customers a clear place to find information, send requests, and manage documents. We build responsive websites and customer portals around the steps your team and customers actually need.

What we can scope

  • Responsive pages and clear navigation
  • Customer forms and document workflows
  • Role-based access and useful dashboards
  • Content editing and handover guidance
Discuss a website or portal

Turn PDFs, shipping manifests, and invoices into records your team can work with. We build extraction and validation workflows with review points for uncertain data, then prepare consistent spreadsheet or system-ready output.

What we can scope

  • PDF, manifest, and invoice extraction
  • Field validation and exception review
  • Spreadsheet exports and file organisation
  • Sample-based testing and handover notes

Custom tools & integrations

Workflow illustration

A service workflow explained with an original diagram—not an application screenshot.

Connect the tools you already use and remove repetitive file handling. We build focused Python or VB.NET utilities and API integrations that fit your existing workflow, with clear controls and reviewable output.

What we can scope

  • Desktop utilities for repeatable tasks
  • File processing and naming rules
  • API connections and data synchronisation
  • Error handling and operating instructions

Technical direction & delivery

Planning illustration

From understanding the problem to a documented handover. Illustrative delivery stages.

Get a practical plan before committing to a larger build. We review the workflow, identify constraints, and define a useful first release, then agree how to test, deliver, and hand over the work.

What we can scope

  • Workflow and requirements review
  • Focused prototypes and feasibility checks
  • Delivery stages and acceptance criteria
  • Documentation and handover planning

02 / From brief to handover

Good software starts
with good questions.

Explore how we turn an operational problem into a defined piece of work.

Start with the awkward part.

Show us the spreadsheet you keep fixing, the form customers get stuck on, or the handoff nobody trusts. We start by understanding how the work happens today.

THE NEXT CLEAR STEP

A clear problem, the people involved, and the constraints.

03 / Before we begin

A few practical
questions.

Can you improve the tools we already use?

Yes. We can review the existing website, spreadsheets, desktop tools, and APIs before recommending a new build. Sometimes the useful change is a focused integration or a clearer workflow, not a replacement platform.

Can we start with one process or a small website?

Yes. We can define a standalone website, one document workflow, or a focused integration as a first project. Scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and costs are agreed before work begins.

Is AI always part of the solution?

No. Rules, conventional software, and straightforward integrations are often enough. Where AI is useful, we discuss its limits, validation, data handling, and the points where a person should review the result.

Are the visuals on this page real product screens?

The Manifest AI and MyBoxUSA images are captures of their public websites. The other service visuals are labelled workflow or planning illustrations. They explain the approach without exposing private customer records or pretending to be application screenshots.

What do you need to give us a useful proposal?

A short description of the problem, your current tools, examples that are safe to share, and any budget or deadline constraints. If the scope is still unclear, choose “Help me scope this” on the enquiry form.

Bring us the real problem

You don’t need a perfect brief.
A useful starting point will do.

Tell us what you’re trying to improve, what you use today, and where things get stuck.
