Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Codes Minds website and the submission of business enquiries. A website enquiry, discovery call, estimate, or proposal does not by itself create a client relationship. Paid work begins only when the parties accept a written agreement or proposal.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its security, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that infringes another party's rights.

2. Enquiries and proposals

Information submitted through the contact form should be accurate and should not include secrets, passwords, regulated records, or other sensitive project data unless we have agreed a secure method for receiving it. Any scope, timeline, price, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria will be defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement.

3. Fees and third-party services

Fees, invoicing, taxes, payment timing, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, clients are responsible for third-party services used for their project, including hosting, software subscriptions, domains, transaction fees, and API usage.

4. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and reusable Codes Minds materials remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing tools, open-source software, and third-party materials are governed by the signed project agreement. No transfer of project intellectual property occurs merely through an enquiry or proposal.

5. Confidentiality and project data

Confidentiality obligations for a project are defined by the applicable non-disclosure agreement or services agreement. Before an agreement is in place, please share only the information reasonably required for us to understand your enquiry.

6. Availability and external links

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, particular business results, or the availability and accuracy of third-party websites linked from this site.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codes Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing terms and contact

The governing law and dispute process for paid work will be identified in the signed agreement. We may update these website terms from time to time, and the date above shows the latest revision. Questions may be sent to:
